This virtual office is a 3D model of our office in which you talk to AI assistants that speak for members of our team. In addition to the data described above, using it involves the following.

Conversations

Everything you type to an assistant, and its replies, is saved so that our team can follow up. Please do not type sensitive personal information (such as health, financial or identity-document details) into the chat.

Contact details

Your name, email address and, if you give it, phone number are asked for only when you request something that needs a reply. They are kept only if you answer yes when asked whether we may keep them. If you answer no, they are discarded and nothing is sent.

Enquiries, requirements and job applications

When you confirm one, its details are stored with your contact details. For a job application this includes the position, your experience, skills, notice period, any link you provide and the résumé you attach (PDF or Word).

AI processing

Replies may be generated by an AI model operated by a third-party provider (Anthropic). When they are, the text of your messages is sent to that provider to produce the reply. Your stored contact details and your résumé file are not sent to the model.

On your device

The site keeps a session identifier in your browser for the length of your visit, and stores its 3D files in your browser's cache so later visits load faster. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, requirement or application. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time by following the steps under "Delete Your Data" below.

Depending on the features You use, We may collect and process the following through Meta Platform Services:

We utilize the WhatsApp Business Platform strictly for opted-in communications and support. To withdraw consent, reply STOP or contact contactus@sct.technology.

• To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor its usage.
• To manage Your Account and Your registration as a user of the Service.
• To communicate with You through WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, email, SMS or telephone regarding Your inquiries, requests and service updates.
• To provide customer support and respond to Your requests, questions and issues.
• For business transfers, to evaluate or conduct a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of assets.
• For analysis and improving Our Service, using Meta-derived data only in aggregated or de-identified form.

With Service Providers

such as cloud hosting, messaging infrastructure and analytics providers who process data on Our behalf and are bound to protect it.

With the account owner

where We operate messaging channels on behalf of a business client, We share the messages and related information with that client, who acts as the controller of those communications.

With Meta

information transmitted through WhatsApp, Facebook Login, Instagram and Messenger is processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. under its own policies.

We do not sell Your Personal Data, and We do not share Meta Platform data with data brokers or use it for advertising.

We retain Your Personal Data, including message content and metadata obtained through Meta Platform Services, only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, We delete or anonymize it in line with applicable law and the Meta Platform Terms.

You have the right to access, correct or delete the Personal Data We hold about You, including any data obtained through Meta Platform Services. There is no charge for a deletion request. Just follow these steps:

   Send an email to contactus@sct.technology with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

2. 2Identify your data

   Include the name, email address and/or phone number (including WhatsApp number) associated with your data so we can locate the records that relate to you.

3. 3We verify & delete

   We verify your request and delete the associated data within 30 days, unless legally required to retain it, and confirm once complete.

4. 4Facebook Login users

   You may also revoke our app's access anytime via Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, then email us to delete any data we already retained.

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls and secure infrastructure, to protect Your Personal Data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our Service does not address anyone under 13, and We do not knowingly collect data from them. If You believe a child has provided Us Personal Data, please contact Us so We can remove it.

Your use of WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Messenger is also governed by Meta's own terms and privacy policies. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, third-party sites or services.
